| Step 1 – Review our Program Options and Prices |

We offer three different program options and affordable pricing. To review these options and their prices, please see the “program pricing” section located in the “services” tab above. As part of Step 1, you will need to…
1. Review our personalized direct mail program options and prices
2. Decide on a program option (i.e. card size and number of design revisions)

| Step 2 – Review our Design Gallery |
|
We offer hundreds of different “Personalized Fonts” that you can use in the design of your postcard. As part of Step 2, you will need to…
1. View Sample Cards and other Personalized Fonts in our Design Gallery.
2. Select a Personalized Font that you would like to feature on your card.
Regardless of the font you choose, we can integrate that font into a customized design that showcases your company’s imagery. We can also use the font in its templated form if you do not want to use or do not have any of your own imagery. |

| Step 3 – Complete our Online Order Form |
|
Once you have received a confirmed price quote from us and have chosen your card size and personalized font, you will complete an online order form that exists on this website. See “online order form” in the “services” tab. The form is short and asks for basic information about your company and the program choices you have made. It takes just a few minutes to complete. To complete the form, however, you will need the following information:
- Your chosen Personalized Font
- Your chosen card size
- Your desire to use your own mailing list or have DRIVE Marketing develop the list for you.
NOTE: The online order form will also ask you for the specific copy points that you’d like to include on your post card. If you do not know what these are or need help from us in developing your copy points, you can skip this part of the form. |

| Step 4 – Enter our Project Collaboration Work Site (GroupHub) |
|
Once we receive your online order form, we will create an account for you on our web-based project collaboration site called GroupHub. After creating your account, we will send you an email with your own username and password for accessing this account. Once logged into your account, you will use GroupHub to do the following:
- Upload your company assets (like company logo and photos).
- Send us the copy points that you’d like us to use on your personalized postcard.
- Send us the criteria we should use in developing your mailing list.
- Review and post feedback on all design proofs.
Our use of GroupHub is intended to make the entire personalized postcard development process easy on you. Of course, we encourage you to call us at any time if you’d prefer speaking with one of our account specialists about any aspect of your card design or order. |

| Step 5 – Provide Design Approval and Credit Card Info for Payment |
|
| We will provide you with a final design for approval ONLY when you are satisfied with the last revision. Once you are satisfied with your design, you will need to sign our “Final Approval Form” and fax it to us. You can find the “Final Approval Form” in the “Files” tab on GroupHub. Please note that you will also have to provide us with credit card information before we can begin printing your personalized postcards. Your credit card information will be securely stored and used only for payment of your order. After mailing your personalized postcards, we will send you payment and postal receipts for your records. |
